Circuit Bending - Day 2

Another day, another circuit. Another day another lecture from Simon. Teaching us a bit more of what we needed know he left us with the task at hand. My task now was a case of reading the other circuit and attempting to get what we could for that, but of course it wasn't as easy as I hoped but by day's end I believe that I now knew what I needed to and directly headed for the soldering lab. Upon stepping in many solders were already busy sizzling on the spot making magic on green little circuit boards and it was now my turn to. Finding a seat I sat down with the sheet in hand and circuit in the other and attempted to replicate the magic that was going on all around me. Hesitant to start I looked around and asked for a bit of help, nervous to solder anything on by mistake this was of course my best bet. Once ready, brain full of the help I received already, I took the soldering wire, resistors and other wires in hand and got busy. Unfortunately for me today, I had to be done by 3pm for other commitments, but.. Despite having finished by the time the circuit refused to work for me. I had pulled too hard on the battery clip and a while came off, but despite ripping the battery clip top and soldering it back on it didn't seem to work much like my Piezo disc so I decided to have another hike up to Surplustronics early next morning to pay for more pieces.
